CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY All cancellations and postponements must be notified by the staff attending or clinic that booked the training event, NO less than 5 working days prior to training date. Contact via email or phone call to the BDE or HQ office. Attendee numbers are confirmed and closed 5 working days prior to the training event. Under special circumstances additional staff may be added within this time but is at the discretion of Probeauty Head Office and the Brand Manager/Trainer hosting the event. ‘No Shows’ to training will not be refunded. If the attendee cannot complete the training on booked date, it can be rescheduled provided it is within the allocated quarter. If the new date is not suitable or not within the allocated quarter it will be treated as a cancellation. All training tickets are non-refundable. If alternative staff member can attend and use pre-paid ticket, a new registration form to be completed and approved. All training/event tickets are pre-paid. Confirmation of attending event will NOT be confirmed until payment has been made.
ALLOCATION OF FREE TRAINING TICKETS POP partners, Bronze and above are allocated FREE tickets each quarter. Unused allocations will expire at the end of each quarter and cannot be carried over or reallocated into future periods. ‘No shows’ and late cancellations on free tickets, as above will redeem the ticket (VOID for further use).
CERTIFICATES Certificates will only be issued on the successful completion of course.
COVID 19 CANCELLATION POLICY Please DO NOT attend training if you present with cold or flu symptoms. Please contact your BDE or HQ to reschedule or cancel, as stated above. Due to special circumstances presented by COVID 19 and resulting restrictions on gatherings the event may be required to be cancelled due to these government imposed restrictions. Where possible the training/event tickets will be moved to a future date agreeable by both parties.
Valid Vaccine Pass details are required when booking training events and will be checked on arriving at in person training sessions with the QR scanner. If the attendee does not have an electronic version a printed version is to be sighted on the day and confirmed with photo identification e.g Drivers License
If the attendee does not wish to show any information regarding the Vaccine Pass, we will respect their rights but they will not be able to attend the training session.
All in person training will be managed by Probeauty under the Governments Protection Framework – traffic light system. Probeauty will ensure all attendees are vaccinated in Orange and Red traffic light settings.
