We will only collect your Personal Information to carry out the function for which we collected it namely, to maintain the safety of our students when attending in-person training classes.

In other words, due to the nature of the training classes, which requires close contact, there is a legitimate health and safety risk involved and so, to protect the safety of our students, we require that all students attending in-person training classes are fully vaccinated. If you are not vaccinated and/or refuse to provide us with your vaccination status (which you are fully entitled to), we reserve the right to refuse attendance of the in-person training classes.

We will collect your Personal Information directly from you.

We endeavor to take all reasonable steps necessary to protect your Personal Information. We maintain a secure environment for the protection of all personal information we hold and use appropriate security safeguards to protect information from loss, unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.

Only authorised staff will have access to your Personal Information, and access to your Personal Information will only be for authorised purposes.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will not share your Personal Information unless we are required or authorised to do so by law.

In the situation of an outbreak, we may share your Personal Information with a Public Health Authority for the purposes of planning and implementing appropriate public health responses.

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will not keep your Personal Information for longer than is required for the purposes stated above.
